WORK IN VINEYARD

Pruning is done manually in winter when the screw cycle is finished; in autumn every other year, mechanical digging is carried out; every 4/5 years organic fertilizer or manure, in the summer season the grass is cut mechanically (shredding); scrapping and sponging to select the best sprouts is done by hand including the scrape and harvest. Treatments are limited to copper and sulfur when necessary.
