The farmer tell…

“… The knowledge of life acting in silence on the ground, both on the surface and in its depth, represents a fascinating mystery largely unknown to us. What we intend to maintain, with our attention focused on excluding the use of preparations with synthetic chemistry and invasive soil processing, is to maintain the natural fertility and identity of origin of this wonderful source of life.

Keep alive and differentiated the environment in which the vine lives, without constraints and pressures, leaving it free to satisfy the need of light at the top with its branches and energy in depth with its roots; grow in freedom and balance with the surrounding context and express the original terroir.

Working in the vineyard with the silent concert of nature in the sounds of its insects, in the song of its birds, in the rustling of the leaves, in the caresses of the morning breeze, as of the heat and cold, never annoys you to push you to flee; if anything it generates love and gratitude, never anger.

The vine requires the proximity of the hand of man, without which he would not be able to give us his best fruit, the grapes; it would remain liana.

The task that is up to us is to listen, observe, understand and then assist the processes that nature generates, never dominate.

Our daily effort is to seek the best balance between man’s action and the cycles of nature “.
