“Wine? is culture, “
 word of free – winemaker
“We are neither organic nor non-organic – Giampiero Bea says, vigneron in Montefalco (Umbria) and ViniVeri’s president – but we must begin to think that our work not only in defense of the natural wine but of the territory, identity of our countryside, is a work of protection of cultural property. ” It’s'the philosophy of Veronelli. And even more: “Perhaps our companies that stand as guardians of the balance between man and nature, to guardians of the landscape, are no longer considered by the Ministry of Agriculture, but that of the Ministry of Cultural. Who else should, in fact, concerned to support and regulate the work of those who defend a 100 year old vines, a panorama of integrity, a balance of human settlement in the countryside? “.

A Cerea arrive distributors and consumers who say they are opposed to the bonus system, the guides and the official salons (“podium finish wines sometimes undeserving”), opposed to the three corporations of yeast (used to make wine) tastes hiding that flatten the area. And for the support, however, peasants, of ‘biodynamic and organic, of respect for the land, as he repeated the anarcho-winemaker “Gino,” the Veronelli. Someone called them “the rebels of the wine,” not accept compromises. .(Luca Zanini  www.corriere.it,  april 10, 2010)

I shall content myself with the last day, Saturday, but if you can choose, if you are not bound, as basically I am, to visit the Grand enoic Moloch, spend much time as possible, even two days, between 130 producers of natural from all over Italy but also France, Slovenia, Austria, and try to profit, breathing, “another idea of the wine”, the purest, truest, most authentic, with more poetry and less marketing, from contact with them.
maybe their wines do not always convince you, maybe you’ll find someone too much, or very strong personality, but you can not get infected by close contact with people who Baldo called “anarchist naturalists”, for which the wine continues to be a beautiful thing, living and direct expression of the earth, the seasons, the years of toil of the peasants, and not a repeatable industrial product, a commodity on which the wine making business.

In short, an event which I consider essential to understand the sensitivities and specificities of producers who call themselves “natural” (Franco Ziliani, April 8, 2010, vino alvino.org)

.. Wine festivals where we laugh and joke and where it can happen to you, see photo above to see a child, obviously the son of some exhibitors, wandering with his little bicycle between tasters and enthusiasts. (Franco Ziliani,  April 18, 2010, www.vinoalvino.org)

is the exhibition of “wine that you do not expect”, the most suitable terroir goes without saying that you confirm with full marks (with a different face, more territorial) … (www.intravino.it, April 10, 2010)

Real wine, organic wines, natural wines, rural people, in short, the contemporary philosophy of wine and super-current. we are happy to VinoVinoVino and taste. The roads are not congested, parking is no problem, the structure is organized large spacious and idyllic.

Only thirty Km through Verona for the manifestation of the Consortium Viniveri.
No one stands with loud music, no walkway policy, at least difficult to come across the usual drunks and the certainty of finding people who tell with absolute passion, culture and tradition of world-wine.

It is interesting to follow the progress of a number of companies are increasingly motivated and reasonable, it does not matter whether it is organic or biodynamic farms, but their approach to wine and the person who will be the user. Ultimately, it is much easier to use fertilizers and chemicals for making a perfect wines, but the consequences on health and the ecosystem no longer be underestimated. The future is in this direction: alternative energy sources, recycling intelligent, environmentally friendly fuels, healthy food etc..
VinoVinoVino is an opportunity to learn, talk to the producers, of which explore themes often speaks out of turn, to taste different wines, learn to understand and appreciate them.

… In a few years this show has now become a place of worship for the wine snobs, like myself, and a showcase of the best Italian proposals. This year more than a friend, more than one client confessed that we organize at least one day in Cerea.
Fully share the enthusiasm of this great event, I feel at this time by phone friends who are winemakers elettricizzati positive energy.

… In front of the proliferation of misleading labels, such meetings are well, that put a little order. The producers present practice organic viticulture, biodynamic other, others do not identify with both, but they adopt non-invasive techniques and above all have banned the chemical from its own vineyards. The result sometimes comes to enthusiasm, sometimes to disappoint, but overall it was the presence of an infinite love for the land. That translates into a limited number of bottles, which nevertheless managed to create their own space, sometimes becoming, as they say recently, of cult

was eventually identified a suitable location, although remote, the wide spaces of the old factory of fertilizers, recovered with wisdom and good style, have made it possible to wander among the tables of exhibitors and converse easily with them calmly, and the environment , although a bit noisy given the turnout, has led to the concentration and professionalism.

… The prospect of meeting new businesses and sample organic and biodynamic wines of medium, small and very small producers has triggered in me the autopilot wine. I arrived around 10.30am, parking found in two seconds. The show came to him already full of life. Small tasting tables, many fans, the environment bright, fresh, friendly, very free and willing producers (almost all), a chat with myself

Cerea for us was a gym of life, then for me an opportunity to tell us, of our efforts, our passion, our world.

(…)

On the first day the presence of fans has been really good, so that the only day we went to eat was Friday at about 2:15 pm … and even the participants were heterogeneous: wine shop owners, restaurateurs, importers , wine lovers, bloggers, experts, journalists and so on and so forth.

In 3 days I tasted very little of what I wanted, and I consider myself lucky to have had some exchange of views and ideas with some producers, but I must say that I enjoyed a lot in being for the first time “the other side the banquet. ”

(…)

Adrenaline has always been high, we did not hear the hard work while we were at the show, then when we returned to our rooms, however, an effort was full of joy, so little felt.

Friday evening there was the screening of the film / documentary of Vinicio Capossela, “The face of the earth”: very nice and well done, with the participation of the same Capossela the winemakers’ dinner that was held immediately after.

The winemakers’ dinner was spectacular, I finally had the opportunity to taste something cool! (…) Always very good things but different.

Each producer has brought his wines, put them in the table and then I started dancing, needless to say that yours truly has infiltrated the bottles on the table beside which have received the right hit!

(…)

I want to say we had the good fortune to speak with producers like us, and we agree to visit them, because I need to compare myself with them and enjoy their children together, with tranquility

I want to thank the Consortium “ViniVeri” for the opportunity he has given us to let us know through them, for the wonderful 3 days spent with these wonderful people.
